Do you know the benefits of spending time outside?
One of the benefits are you can get vitamin D.Vitamin D is very good and healthy for your body. If you don’t get vitamin D you could get sick.Spending time outside is where you wouldn’t normally bring devices so you won’t be staring at your screen when you’re outside and less screen time is good.When you’re outside you could go to see family and friends when you get bored of being outside and seeing them could make you entertained.
Firstly, Vitamin D is very important for your body. If you don’t get enough Vitamin D you can get sick or even worse you could get rickets which is what sailors got when they were under the deck for the whole sail.Rickets make your bones soft and it takes longer to grow if you have rickets. So if you don’t want rickets don’t stay inside all day.
Secondly,spending time outside is when you wouldn’t have devices so you won’t be staring at a screen the whole time and if you have wood for something like wood you could make a little model or something out of wood. If you don’t have wood you could find a shovel and dig a hole if you can. You need to ask unless you own the property.
Finally,when you’re outside you could go and meet up with your friends for family or you could go somewhere and try to make a new friend. If you have a dog you could walk your dog at a dog park and meet other dog owners and have a conversation.
