On Thursday the 11th of December, I won the top school award called the Winstone award.
It meant I was the year 6 student who shows the school moto, to be our best. I was given a ponamu and a cloak. I also got to hold the big trophy, and got a small little cup with that, I didn’t keep the trophy and the cloak, but I got to keep my ponamu and cup. I’m so proud of my achievements and I will miss waitohu school, but I can’t wait for Ōtaki college, stay safe everyone!
