This week we have been learning how to: understand ideas within, across, and beyond texts.Also understanding how figurative language are used for effect within and

across texts because I need to link the text to my real life.

For this activity we had to do a sheet that required answers from the text. 

We did this so the teacher could make sure that we were paying attention and so we coud re-read to make sure.

I enjoyed it because I love reading such fun books like this because its just so fascinating what kind of stories people can make up.

I found it challenging to click on stuff because every time i did the whole page moves.

Next time I would change nothing much because koka ashley always does everything perfectly.

Today i’m going to talk about how To respect 

Your family, friends and especially Saint Mary’s school. 

Firstly  The school rules

My school rules are to respect yourself which means whatever comes out of you is you.

The next school rule is  respect others 

Is like being kind and caring. Also the last school rule is to respect the environment 

Like picking up your rubbish or other peoples rubbish.

Secondly How to be  respectful  in class 

In class you need to be quiet.  When the teacher

Say stop that means stop. be respectful when the teacher is talking.

Lastly say kind words 

Kind words are words that can brighten someone’s day. Bad words are like swearing 

Talking back to a teacher or a parent

And bullying is not ok.

Now you know how to follow the rules and also the Three School rules.

The st mary’s school rules 

 Today I am talking about way of respecting our friends our family and the environment and especially the st marys rules 

Firstly school rules: in our st mary’s catholic primary school we have important school rules because we are a green gold invio school. These are the rules to respect ourselves, respect others and respect the environment .

secondly how to be respectful in your class:

If your teacher yells out a saying that means stop looking and listen, stop what you’re doing and come down to the mat.  listen to what the teacher is saying or teaching.try not to break anything sorinding you because it is the school s equipment/ the teachers mony

Finally saying kind words:kind words are important in our world if we didn’t have kind words there would be so many fights it would be like a war but with our words at our school with swearing not using our school rules that would be horrible  but we can be kind and caring with our friends and family especially our environment

Conclusion:This is why you need to be respectful in our class and in our environment while using the three school rules. Hopefully this piece of writing has inspired you to be kind to your friends, teachers and our calls so respect yourself, respect others and respect the environment.

This piece of writing will explain how to follow the school rules and how to be respectful.
Respect myself
Be kind to yourself. Treat others how you want to be treated. If you’re mean to others then you will get consequences, but if you’re kind to others then you will get treated fairly. Respect yourself. Remember don’t just be kind to yourself remember to also be kind to others too. Don’t forget to be kind to yourself.
Respect others
Be kind to others. If someone is being mean to you remember to respect others and don’t be mean to each other get a teacher or a parent to sort it out. Respect others using kind words. Be a respectful person even if others are not respectful to you.
Respect the environment
Be kind to the environment. The environment isn’t just outside it’s also all of your resources at school and at home. if you see someone dropping rubbish tell them to pick it up and not drop rubbish again. Remember to respect the environment.
Conclusion
Thank you for listening to my story and don’t forget to follow the 3 Rs and tell someone else about the 3 Rs.
