Over the last 4 weeks, I have learned a lot in Health and Physical Education. We learned names of major muscles like the biceps, quadriceps, and hamstrings, and how to stretch them using both static and dynamic movements. Warming up and stretching are crucial to increase body temperature, improve oxygen efficiency, and prevent injuries. I also learned that cardiovascular fitness is measured by Heart Rate in Beats Per Minute (BPM), and you can find your Maximum Heart Rate using the formula i enjoy all of the workouts and i liked all the lessons
