Create task 1: 23.1.2026 The loud street vs The cozy room
Hi bloggers! This week’s reading text is called the “Book of Beast”. It’s about a little boy called Lionel becoming a king.
If I summarise the text for you… Once there was a boy named Lionel and one day he was building bricks in the nursery.Then loud noise started coming down stairs,he thought it was a man to talk about the gas bracket-which was not able to be lit since the day he tied his skipping ropes together and made a swing. But it wasn’t the man who came to talk about the gas bracket… it was the chancellor and the Prime minister! Then the nurse came running up the stairs and told Lionel he was fetched to be king, because his greatx5 grand father died. Okay enough of the summary because I also didn’t get to finish the text… So for the create task I had to write a sentence about “The loud street” vs “The cozy room”. I had to first write about the loud street, when Lionel was in the carriage going to the palace. For example People in the streets were cheering and waving flags to celebrate there new king.
Anyways, the book Lionel was reading was called ‘The book of beast’ and the book we I was reading was also called ‘The book of beast’! Which I thought was pretty cool. I enjoyed writing interesting sentences about the text.

Street parade: As the carriage went past the crowded streets, cheering happy humans marched in fluttering their flags.Dizzy loud music bounced down the streets like a festival, which made me wonder if this day was all a dream.People danced around to the beat, and tossed flowers to the carriage.
Palace nursery: I sat down on my comfy chair in the place nursery. A warm crispy toast smell zoomed across the room, as the hot steaming tea warmed my hand. Gentle cozy music made me feel safe and calm.
Changing the words can tell the reader the characters emotions and the objects around them.

Create task 2: 24.7.2026 creating a warning poster
Hey bloggers! Welcome back to my reading create tasks!!!! Today’s create task was about to create a warning poster for Lionel. I know you might read this book in the future but this is my create task so I have to spoil it for you. So anyways when Lionel was at the Palace library, he saw a book called “The book of beast”. He got so interested just by seeing the cover but when he opened a book a scary dragon jumped out through the pages of the book. So that’s why I have to create a warning poster for Lionel to not open the book because otherwise he will be in danger. The create tasks was really easy it didn’t even take me 5 minutes!!! I will rate this create task about 9/10 because, as I said it was really easy and fast. Okay I have to go now so bye!!! Don’t forget to comment!!
