Consequences of breaking these laws:
-If an under 18 were to possess or have anything to do with magic mushrooms, a penalty of jail time can be ranged up to 3 months, or a fine that is around $1,000.
-Even if your 18+, or just turned 18, the law still stays the same. If you possess it or give it around from deals, 6 months jail time will be expected, or a fine of $1,000 (depending how much magic mushrooms you have)
–If you are a supply or a manufacturer for magic mushrooms, a lifetime imprisonment will happen. (Depending how much you have grown or supplied) |
