MY HOLIDAY !!!!

In the school holiday’s my aunt and uncle and cousin’s came over for the holidays. We had the best time well sort of, well we did have the best time😞. We had to do chores I hate doing chores😠. It was also raining in the days, but the rain never stopped us from having fun. So we played some games in the dark and my mum would always growl us if we made a big mess. I was so mad at them for making a big mess😤. So I told my sister to help me clean then we started cleaning. After we finished cleaning we were so tired after that so we took a nap. And then we woke up and it was 9 o’clock⌚. So we went on our Chromebooks till we were tired. It was 1:00 in the morning,🌄 so my sister got tired but I was wide awake. Then I went to sleep.

Happy weeks birthday

27/5/19                               happy birthday

20 of the 4th 2019 it was the day before my birthday but we are having fun today. So first I waited for my friend cliff. Then we went Flip out. So we all started to jump around. While jumping we were doing flips. Back,front,side but after that we all left.
Next we went to Go Karts. Have you been to Go Karts in Porirua. So we we went on the Go Karts. But then I heard a big bang. Like there was a crash. So after that we started to race. But then people lost there time so round 2.
finally it was just five people I told them “eat my dust.” or “Na your’t going pass me.”. But then we had to go home but we had fun. 
sorry it was along time it was just because we haven’t do blogging in ages.

What did i do in the learning support room?

All I did is go on my chromebook because there is nothing else to do other than that fake game show that me and Simon made called “Coin-splosion” where we stack yellow connect four counters and placed them on a jenga boom toy explosive thing and we wait before there’s a……………. COIN-SPLOSION!!!!!!!!!!! Plus we sometimes play connect-four

Marble reflection

In Week 2 we made a marble run. Our challenge was to get the marble to stop at 110cm. We could use anything for the ramp.  There were a few rules. The first one was you can’t stop the marble, second was you had to write some instructions on how to build your ramp. And the last rule was you can’t talk or interact with the to the group that was building your ramp. The two groups that won were Cheyenne and Missy. And Bella and Mikaila.

How close did your marble get to 110 cm?  Did the marble go further than 110 cm? yes  Or shorter? no

Why do you think your ramp was or was not successful? The material we used Why? Because it was easy to bend and it was smooth Why not? Because when you bend the ramp it get bumpy.

How clear were your instructions? Pretty easy What was something you explained well? Puting were the marble was supposed to go. What was something that needed to be clearer? How to build our ramp.

If you had an opportunity to design a new ramp.  What would you change? Get a new ramp Improve? How the ramp would stand.

Waitangi project

Last week on Thursday we did a project called Raranga Matihiko. Whaea Keri and Whaea Imogen came and taught our class how to yous this site called scratch. I reckon it’s a pretty all goods site to use. They also came and showed us this game when you have a mover and a person who tells you where to move to next. What you need is a checkered mat but not to big some triangle blocks that are about the size of your arm and some playing cards. The point of the game was to put the cards in a square on the mat faced down and try to get your block to one of the cards. If you get the number 10 card you win and if you also have the less moves to your card. Anyways we got to on paint 3D to make a  background for our scratch. Then we took a photo on the green screen then added it to our scratch. After that me and Qaiden made our scratch about ANZAC And yeah that’s mostly all we did on Thursday so yeah.

My trip to Auckland

Last week I took a trip to Auckland to go and see my nephews mum because she was very ill with cancer. We made sure that she didn’t feel bored and cooked for her my parents took her out to places while I was staying back with the rest of my family that I haven’t seen in a long time i couldn’t imagine what my parents and her were doing fun things I suppose. When my parents came back they already had plans to go buy new cars so we stayed back for a couple days while my dad and brother went to Palmerston north just to get a car they took a plane the way their and drove six hours back.

fractions – 24/5/19

This week we have been learning about fractions, we have been looking at simplifying fractions and equivalent fractions. If you want to do well in simplifying fractions you need to know how to use division. Equivalent fractions normally take a while to work out, and its a relief if it does!
I hope we are able to use the skills we have learnt in the future.

Fractions – 24 May 2019

Fractions:

So am a make this as short as i can and yeah so fractions this 1/2 or 1  3/4 and 16/6 and or other i had to do stuff like .

Turn this 9/4 in to 4  1/4 or the other way around .

I guess the hardest thing to do is working out one of these 7  7/9 but you pretty much just 9×7=63 and take that number 63 and + it with 7 to get 70 then put it all together you have 70/9.

that’s pretty much how i do it Idk if i’m doing it the wrong way but yeah fun maths let’s get it over and done with.   

JK it’s not that bad.

My favorite part was making the doc where everyone linked there work. My least favorite part was the Waka thing because I was squished and Sonny and Xavier kept hitting my hoe. Next time for improvement I want to ask the teacher to let us pick some of our items.

the dead forest

I ran and ran I didn’t stop to look back. If I did they would have got it and then
That would mean the end of the world as we know it. The crows squawking and
flying over top of me. Then further I got away the louder they squawked. Then
they started to dive in one at a time but the I held it up over my head and then
They stop so they didn’t hit the thing that will be the end of the world.



I finally escaped and got out of there reach. They can’t go beyond the edge of
the forest. Well what use to be a forest anyway. When they moved into the

forest all the trees died.

at last it is Autumn



My Writing
On a Monday morning  Autumn started. and all of the blue birds  were set free
from their Cage’s and Into the Wild because there’d been saved by the wild SPCA
and then he was just me looking out the window and my cage cause I had a home
and one morning that a babysitter coming and she had a cat at that cat tried to eat
me while the babysitter wasn’t looking and it tried and tried and tried to kill me and
it accidentally let me out so I went as high as possible to the ceiling so that it can
reach me and it destroyed everything in the house trying to climb up stuff the babysitter
got back and the cat was lying on the couch pretending to be asleep and the little boy
was screaming oh where’s my bird gone where’s my bird gone the caretakers like oh
my god I don’t know where is it usually and a little boy said it’s usually in my room and
it’s cage dar and the caretaker  was like oh I’m sorry I didn’t know that and the boy was
like that’s ok sorry for yelling at you but I’m really really sad my birds escaped and I
have nothing else to do or to play with anymore when I got out of the house I was free
it felt good to be free I could be out of nature and with my other friends and family that
got taken away from me when I had to be taken to the pet shop I was very sad when I
got taken away from my family I thought id never see them again and then when I was
3 I started playing around with all the others and I never seen my mum and my dad I
miss him my brother and my sister but they never recognise me they asked who are
you and I said I’m your brother they got taken away when we were young I went to the
picture at a family human family but they didn’t feed me enough and then Phoebe the
right food lol like oh hi brother we’re going off to find some food are you keen to do in us
and I said yes please I would love to it’s been my dream to get back with my family go
out hunting and adventuring and finding stuff new things that I’ve never seen before
and find other places that I’ve never been before it was a cool dream that I had but it
turned out to be real I was so excited I was so happy I was back  Reunited back with
my family except my mum and my dad had only just passed away only a couple of
days ago I was very sad about that and I was very sad that we didn’t get to go to the
funeral but we are birds it is everyday life is nothing we can do about it so we lived
on and I lived for ages until I got captured again and got put back with another family
if I ever did get caught and survived where i was i wundered every night.I liked it here
where i lived with my family because i had frindes….
