Baa-Mite

We have been learning to comprehend when we read a book or a play.

I created this mahi by getting into a group of eight people and choosing a character. We practised the play and read it  in front of the whole class. The character I chose to be was the Director; the Director was bossy, angry, and annoyed.

I am proud of my reading skills because I’m getting more confident when I read in front of the class.

Something I found quite challenging about reading the play Baa-Mite was jumping into character when I read.

Next time I will  jump into my character  as much as I can.

My tips about reading a book or a play like Baa-Mite is to try and jump into character as much as you can and try to comprehend the story or play while you’re reading.
