It’s the last week of school but we still had Cross Country. Our annual Cross Country looked a little different this year. Instead of making all students compete this year, it was optional for them to run competitively. They just had to sign up. Our Year 6s had to run a total distance of 2km. Then, in the afternoon we had our very first Colour Run. This is the same concept as the Holi festival of colours. Students ran and were showered with coloured powder and some warm water. This is our Year 6 students last ever Cross Country at Weymouth. It was a great day. A big shout out to all our whanau that came to support.
