For assembly it was special because it was Cook Island language week, this assembly included ukelele, singing, dancing, and storytelling.
This assembly was fun because there was a group peformance from LS1, they peformed ukelele songs, singing, dancing. They were taught this all by Mrs Jessie she helped set up this assembly, she taught the dancing, the singing, and ukelele. She was also the one to storytell to all the students in assembly. Something after this is that we sang the song Tangata Huruhuru by Rex Atirai which was one of my favorite parts of this assembly.
I enjoyed this assembly because of the singing and strumming, something I found interesting was the story that Mrs Jessie told us.
