Kia Ora, everyone! Yesterday, my commerce class had a market day. For the past few weeks this term, we have been working on what product we were going to sell, how we were going to make/get them, and set up a price, and predict how much our profit would be.
I was with Andrei and Karylle, and our product was fuzzy flower keychains. We setted up the price for $4.00 and it cost about $1.00 to make one. We were able to make 45 flowers and sold them all, and our revenue was $180. Our supply costed us $30 so we paid $10 each. That means our profit was $150. I enjoyed the Market Day and if I were to do something to improve, is to make more flowers and buy more supplies.
