Recently we have been learning about the Cambodian massacre/genocide. This happened in Cambodia in 1975. This was a terrible event that resulted in 1.5-2 million deaths. Cambodia has tried to rebuild their country after this .One way they can do this is through tourism. Here is the tourism poster that I created to show you what Cambodia looks like. what do you think? would you go to Cambodia after seeing this?.

Recently we have been learning about the Khmer Rouge massacre. This happened in the country of Cambodia between the dates of 17 April 1975 to 7 January 1979.

this was a terrible event that resulted in the death of many Cambodians. Cambodia has tried to rebuild their country after this. though there are many ways they can rebuild their country of course tourism is a very good way to get people to help them rebuild or stabilise their country after this tragedy

recently we have been searching about Haiti and Cambodia and my topic today is about Cambodia and it’s people and their way of living their life and about their cultures and events that happens in between their life,I hope you enjoy the video I have prepared for you all today,I look forward to your fed backs and comments.

We made Tortilla’s .

I  really liked them.

I  tried to get my ingredients in a  bowl then I got to knead the dough,  and I used a rolling pin.

We cooked them in a fry pan.

Next time we need more time to cook them as the bell rang and we had to quickly clean up

we made tortilas on monday but we did not have enough time to do the rest cuz of the roll the teacher waited for too long but we were able to finish it after class and it tasted great, i share some with my friend and he liked it.

In drama, Olivia, Dianne, and I have been blocking and learning our lines for our play “Mates Rates”. Since our play isn’t too long we are finding it easy to learn our lines.

The play looks at what happens when Jace (played by me) tries to cheat a newbie skater, Harley (played by Olivia), who is then saved by Sage (played by Dianne)

We changed the script up and made Dianne play Sage as Harley’s granny, not her sister.

WHAT WENT WELL?

We all have good projection in our voices, and use different voice dynamics to get our characters emotions across to the audience.

Our group in general also gets along, which makes me feel comfortable in being myself. We get our work done while we also have lots of fun.

WHAT CAN BE IMPROVED?

Stop pacing around the room and have more purposeful and focused movement if we decide to add any to our characters.

We also need to be more confident and play our characters proudly, although this skill will progress as we rehearse more.

Hello world this is me Rongopai in the middle and my friend’s Izzac is the buff  one on the left Sam is the tall one on the right remember that now blog.

We are going to talk about the stuff that went well and the stuff we need to improve on.

the thing’s that went well was we were looking at each other  well we were talking we mad Sam walk in the scene instead  of him just standing there waiting for his lines.

What we need too work on is more movement and be a little more louder .

This is the update of my play called enter the villain. You might be wondering what went well. well nothing, we could have done better for our voices and maybe stopped laughing like a Hyena [LOL that made me laugh in real life] anyways our next steps are to run it again until we get it right.

In my social study class we have been studying some human rights. Here is a slideshow that i have done about some of the human rights i have done

The slide is about rights. It also is it’s description and examples of when these rights are denied and what I should do to make this right more respected the rights are the right to fair trial and no one has the right to hold you in slavery.

On Monday and Tuesday Last week we made Nachos.  On Monday we made it with carrot onoin mince

cheese’s  and spices  we  had corn chip with it and also had  sour cream with it.

then on Tuesday we  made Vegetarian  nachos we used lentals bens onion and sour cream it was so yum i would like to make it again .

What went well? : Our voices are clear, voices were projected,

What would be better if? : We knew our lines without the script

I really like it it so easy it yummy good I cook like my mothetr it that it fun about cut potato and onion and ham bacon cheese mixeding about the read the bookcooking about the cooking pancake in the house carrot and warter, coin and crab noodle into a red soup next I  mixed the banana cake I  cook tocaburritopizza looke like indian food P.S your welcome for i cook

This Week I made Single Serving Quesadilla.  First I cooked the diced onions and I cut the meat with the knife and after that I put some cheese and onion and meat in one half of the Tortilla and I folded in half and put in the frypan and wait until it’s brown and cooked and after that I eat my Tortilla and it was good.

I wonder if I can make the tortillas at home.

This week in life skills we made Quesadilla In my Quesadilla I put Ham Prepeka garlic onion chesses

then on Tuesday when we made Quesadilla i added taco season and a bit of beef and Ham.

On Monday when I Made the Quesadilla   Mine feel on the floor and had to re cook it.

I Enjoyed making the Quesadilla it was fun .

On Tuesday I Managed to cut an onion up with out crying .

I would like to make Hamburgers  next .

I love cooking in a group with Shyanne and Izzy  we do a good Job.

Hello i’m Jacob B

This is a play about a villain named Quire William Blackheart [played by Jacob B]. The play was about many people wanting to become a drama star at TADA! The play has 5 people [Bruce, Clara, Donna, Mickey and Quinn]. The play was set in the present and is on a large stage, if you want too you can make it real but that’s on your leader.

At least everything but our movement and our voice was perfect all the things that when’t well where the timing.

It would be even better if our voices where a little bit louder, and we may need to work on our timing abit too but if possible we can also work on our movement.

The next step would be to run it again.
