The children loved watching and waving farewell to the fleet of C-130H Hercules aircraft as they flew over Wigram.

The Senior hub have had a great first day back for 2025. We have spent the afternoon getting to know some of the different teachers in our Senior Learning Hub. This afternoon we rotated around different activities. We will continue doing this tomorrow afternoon as well.

We have started our production practises in front of both hubs. The students are getting excited. We have a dress rehearsal this week!!!!
Tickets will be available and home room teachers will give you the word as and when!
We hope you all come and see this extravaganza, the students have worked really hard on this!

This term we have been practicing and making costumes for our Junior Production. This is happening the second week of December. We are so excited and cannot wait to share our production with you all!!
This week we have been lucky to have someone from the Christchurch City Council come to school to do an exploring active travel workshop with us. We learnt about what active travel is and why it is important. Our favourite part was doing a word scavenger hunt and then a quiz at the end where we all got a sticker!

Here are some photos from our Athletics Day.
We had lots of fun trying all of the different activities!
We did our best and enjoyed supporting our friends.
Today, we had a visitor in teaching us how to cross the road.

Last week, our Year 2 and 3 students enjoyed an action-packed Athletics Day, filled with excitement, teamwork, and plenty of smiles.
From high jump to discus, obstacle courses to shot put, the kids gave their all, showcasing their skills and supporting one another.
The day ended on a sweet note with ice blocks generously provided by the PTA—thank you for the perfect treat!
A big thank you to our teachers, and parents for making the day run smoothly. We’re so proud of our young athletes and can’t wait to see their skills grow!
