Algebra Order of Operations.

W.A.L.T use in ALGEBRA the Oder of Operations correctly.

What I learnt about Algebra order of operations and in algebra you have to use Brackets: (  ) ,Exponents, D-M: Division and Multiplication and S-A: Subtracktion and Addition but in algebra questions are like this for exsample 1. (2×2)+4= but in algebra if the brackets do them first then the +4 so like this (2×2)=4 right then 4+4=8 so the answer is 8.

In Algebra we use Brackets, Exsponents, Division, Multication, Subtraction and Addtion but in class algebra is very inportant because when your older and go to work you will need to use algebra for work problem solving work.

Algebra is hard when you first start learning algebra bubt when you get used to it you will start geting it more and more then you will start using it when you get older and going to work or in constrution witch is planing were blocks go but algebra is good for your brain at times becuase sometime when you go somewhere you might need to use it when your traveling  around the world or going to other places.Multiplication Sign Png Hd - Cross Symbol Png, Transparent Png , Transparent Png Image - PNGitemAddition Sign Icons - Download Free Vector Icons | Noun ProjectParentheses

What I learnt in algebra math

I only learnt like one thing, It’s because algebra Is not hard for me and I already know that you have to multiply before adding or subtracting so it makes sense. I only learnt that you also have to divide first if there is no brackets.
these were some of the things I did.
(6+4)x9
2×3+8
5x(6+7)
If there are brackets you have to do the ones in the brackets first, but if there are no brackets you do the one at the start, if there are x or ÷ you do those ones first only if it has no brackets. If you don’t follow it the answer will be wrong.
If you are doing equations that have any letters it has a meaning. Instead of using a empty box instead we have symbols instead, that tells us the meaning and makes it easier to solve. Algebra helps us understand what things mean and how to solve things, and makes math it easier to understand.

In the holidays I went to my papas nursery and helped him for a week then I got paid and went down to Auckland with my friend’s and family and had so much fun. We woke up at 5:30am and left at 6:00 am to head down. Then we stopped at McDonald’s to have breakfast, when we got to Auckland we went to this amazing and fun place called clip n climb. Clip n climb is a place where it is filled with a lot of different rock walls . Most of them had buttons right at the top and I touched about 4 or 5 , it was fun but it was also sore because your hands would get sore. After that fun and amazing place we went to  it was time to go to another place called game over game over is a place that has go kart, laser tag, mini putt putt and also a mini time zone . First my family and friends and I played a game of putt putt then we played some games in the mini time zone and then played laser tag and rid the go karts. After that little bit of a long day we went shopping at the mall when we went to the mall I bought a Starbucks drink and some Krispy Kreme and then went to our hotel.

Order of operation/Algebra

W.A.L.T use the order of operrations

The past week i have being learning order of operation/algebra/.

I have learnt that algebra and order of operation hae letters instead of empty boxes and it will be useful for some jobs when you are older. I like order operation because sometimes it can be easy to figure out the question. IT was easy when i got the hang of algebra and order of operations but sometimes it can get confusing.
Algebra is important in your life because you can use it anywhere. Here is some questions.
1.2+(9×4)=
2.3x(4+7)=
3. 6x(3+4)=
can you figure them out.

What i learnt in Algebra

W.A.L.T use in Algebra the order of operation

I learnt that in algebra if there is a missing number in the problem you put a number in the space of the missing number until you find out what the missing number is.For an example Xx3=9.It is confusing because the i put the letter x in a times problem but if you solve the problem then you can change the letter into the answer 3×3=9.And that is how you solve an algebra problem.

End of term 2 holidays

At the end of term 2 we had 2 weeks off school or 14 days. The holidays were boring and lonely because dad was in Puhoi for 2 weeks for work. We just sat at home for the holidays on the couch and some times went out to Paraparaumu and Palmerston North.

On Saturday the 18th of July I went out fishing with friends of the family, we went to the north east side of Kapiti island. We were fishing off the boat and the bottom of the ocean was 49.2 meters down. First we put out the net then we went to the north east side of the island and started fishing. We were only catching Taraki and Blue Cod with the rods. The biggest catch of the day was from me with a Barracuda and two shags. When we went to get the net in we got no sharks and only got three Maori chiefs two got tossed back into the sea and one was in the net so we just ignored it. We got a wheel barrow full of butterfish.Barracuda - Wikipedia

HERE WE GO!

Today started like any other day, I woke up, kissed my wife and children good morning, got ready for the day and jumped in my car. That was just the beginning Of my nine weeks journey that I embarked on with 3 of my colleagues. Intros done and dusted, protocols ticked one by one. Powhiri by TE TOKA WHAKAKOTAHI Marae in the Bay of Islands College. Back to the classroom, little nerves as I haven’t been in a classroom as a student in over 20 years, great start and great support from the Manaiakalani team. A good attitude and openness to my questions created a relaxed environment for me to learn.

This journey will take me all over Te tai tokerau up and down we go!

The day was packed with activities and new knowledge as well a couple of laughs and some serious moments. Great start all over!
One of the many things we learnt during this session was “How to erase backgrounds from pictures to be used across google platform, brilliant little (huge) gadget to have handy at all times. Working collaboratively as well across docs and assigning tasks in google docs was very helpful.
Utilizing the Explore tool from docs is a fantastic tool, also using the quotes tools will be of huge benefit for senior students
I think that it will be difficult to narrow it down to one thing, this is the beginning of my journey and this is just the intro to more aspects of the Google life.

Hanging Out With My Friend Eden

In the second week of the holidays I went to my friend Eden’s place to stay for the night. When I got
to her place we had some pumpkin soup and toast for lunch, we sat down for a bit then we went down
to the beach for a run around. After being at the beach for about 10 minutes we walked back to her
house.

Soon later we got a bit bored so we decided to scooter down to Haruatai park, which took about 15 to 20
minutes to get there and we stopped once to go to the diary to get some lollies. We sat around there
for a bit then  scootered back to her place, then watched the movie movie Ralph Breaks The Internet and talked with our other friends

on our phones.
Later on it was dinner time Edens mum had made rice, vegs and some cut up steak. When we finished

dinner we went back to her room and continued watching the movie Ralph Breaks The Internet, and soon
later we went to sleep around 10pm.

The next day we got ready, then Eden’s Mum’s car didn’t start, so we caught the bus to Paraparumu.
When we got there we went into the mall and thought about what we
would do, we walked around for a bit to burn time. We went to farmers like at least 7 times, then we went
to pasco’s to buy my mum  some earrings.

At 12.40 we went to the cinema to watch Trolls World tour. We got some popcorn and some snacks from paknsave and went to go watch the movie. Later we saw some teachers and some friends, while we
were walking around. We went back to Edens Mum and we went to get some clothes for her. Then we walked down to the train station in Paraparaumu
We took a train back to Waikanae and Eden’s brother picked us up and took us all back to her place.
Soon later we had rice and chicken for dinner, then my dad picked me up. I had such A fun time with
Eden. I Hope we can spend more time like that again.

Tricky Tuesday By Bella

Me and my friend were bored so we decided to grab some string and tins and wanted to see if you could actually hear the other person’s voice through the string, we didn’t have much string. In fact It was only 83 centimetres long. The tins used to have gravy in them so we had to clean them out and make sure we washed them correctly before using them. We went into the living room and tried it and the rumour was true!
