Diwali – the festival of lights

Room 6 have been learning about Diwali. This is one of the biggest religious and cultural festival in India. The celebrations are very year in October or November. We dyed our Rangolis patterns using different dyes. We talked about the repeating patterns and how to use different contrasting colours.
