Two Korf and a ball
Players on the court per team (male & female)
Four female players and four male players in each team
Object of the game:
To score as many goals as possible by throwing the ball from above through the korf.
How to score
A goal is scored when the ball is thrown through the oppositions net
Rules – zones and when they change, guarding, defence, footwork, intercepting, contact, free pass, penalty shot, time out, substitutions, throw off, out-ball.
The ball is played with the hands only, Controlled physical contact is allowed, a player cant move with the ball in the hands, a player cant take a shot if they are being defended, The court is divided into two halves players cant cross the halfway line, Two positions are played attack and defense
