At school we are very fortunate to have an amazing mara (garden) set up for us to explore and learn outdoors. 
We have an abundance of produce at our finger tips . This wet and warm weather has seen our taro plants triple in size. Which calls for PALUSAMI ! Everything we used came straight from our mara, expect for the coconut cream. In small groups of 4, we had to prepare our taro leaves, cut up the leeks and spring onions and then to wrap our parcels. An hour and a half later we had sat down to enjoy our mouth-watering palusami
