Hello Bloggers, Today I will be telling you how to play bench ball, Bench ball is very easy to play its a simple game to play for warm ups and just for fun even. I made a little diagram to show what the game will look like.
Here is how you play bench ball
The rules of bench ball
- no running with the ball
- no hitting the ball out of peoples hands
- no contact
- if you are on the bench you cant get off
- if you throw the ball up and they catch it YOU must go up.
- Dont scream
- The opponent gets the ball if you get up or anyone on your team.
The equipment you need for bench ball is:
- A mini football
- kids
- a bench
- bibs
How to play,
separate the people into 2 teams
One person goes on the bench from each team
you throw the ball in the middle and who ever catches it gets the ball
you need to pass it to your teammate until it gets to your bench
