Term 1:

Nations Across The World Have Reached An Agreement To Protect The World’s Oceans, Following 10 Years Of Negotiations. The High Seas Treaty Will Enforce 30% Of The Seas Being Put Into Protective Areas By 2030.
These New Protected Areas, Established In The Treaty Will Put Limits On How Much Fishing Can Take Place Which Will Safeguard And Recuperate Marine Life/Nature.
What I Found Most Interesting About The News Is: The Fact A Negotiation Surrounding The Protection Of Our Oceans Hasn’t Been Made Since 1982 (40 Years Ago) Which Makes This Negotiation An Historic One.
How This News Has A Positive Effect On The World Is: The Fact That Nations Are Willing To Actually Make A Change In The World And Create Laws Surrounding Over-fishing, Which Is A Harmful Practice. And How Nations Are Making These Negotiations To Protect Our Marine Life.
