Today in reading we were going over the create task. Create task 1 is where you have to make a copy of a document and summarise key words about the complementary text, challenge text, scaffolding text and the journal story you read. My journal was called ” Camping Holiday” The camping holiday was about a mum and a dad who are very worried if they have packed everything because this is their first holiday. Here is my create task it goes like this: Journal story: The journal story called “camping holiday” is about a mum and a dad who are very worried if they have packed everything because this is their first holiday.Scaffolding text: The scaffolding text is about a guy called Jimmy and he is an animal rescuer and he goes to a camp and talks about how to play capture the flag and also how he told us that monsters are just like us.Complimentary text: The complementary text is about 7 different ways of keeping yourself safe on camp. One of the reasons was to download an app on your phone so if there is an incident you can call them.Challenge text: The challenge text is about memory. Some of the stuff said stuff like Many scientists believe that there are two levels of memory.
