Hi, how are you doing today
Today, instead of having an assembly, we watched a performance, by none other than the group “Island Breeze”… I say it like that because I assume that you know what the group “Island Breeze” is. If you don’t then let me explain…
Island Breeze is a group that represents all Polynesian culture but the group is based in Hawaii. If you look very closely then you might see a dude holding a ukulele… you don’t? Well too bad, that guy’s name is “Rudy” everybody, say hi to Rudy… wherever he may be… he was the leader of this team. Honestly he’s probably the funniest guy I’ve met… because he has “Fresh” humour, Fresh from the islands humour. This kind of humour is something that all islanders can relate to because it’s just funny. The performances were of Hawaiian, Samoan and Kuki culture. There was also a song at the end in Te Reo just for us
The performances were great funny, and honestly, Rudy’s ukulele skills were probably carrying the songs, he’s just too good at playing. It was really fun
The best performance I’ve seen and the best part was the Hawaiian dance… no reason in particular… don’t ask about it.
Have a good day reader
