Kia ora reader,
As any life long learner would say; even though we have come to the end of our course, I am so excited to embark on a new journey, a bit more equipped with tools to add to my “teaching kete”/tool box and strive to embed the digital tools I have learnt both in my professional and personal life.
Today we had our external recognition; Google Level 1 exams. I am such an over thinker, so I did spend time making sure I read the question properly, (re-read 10 times) and then select the best fit. It was Google Classroom heavy; which did require some refresher reading, and some questions that required answers that read similar to each other but I am happy to say I passed!! WOO HOO! A relief (Also because during the exam my screen froze a couple of times which sent the heart fluttering a couple of times)
More then the skills learnt; I have really enjoyed the connections made with other colleagues on this course. I am so proud of my team mate Dee, and seeing her growth excites me as her leader; to see what she will do next and where to next.
Thank you Kerry for the amazing way you have facilitated our workshops. You are awesome at getting everyone to review and celebrate what they have done well. You are a legend!!
