Matariki Poem
Matariki is a tradition
Ancestors in the stars
Tupu-a-Rangi is a star name
All the star names have names
Remembering people have passed
I remember my Nanna and Grandad
Karawhiua to find the Matariki stars
I love matariki because it reminds me who I am
