Dear Mrs Cardoza,
Um, I can explain why I didn’t finish my homework on time because my homework ate my dog . I was sleeping and dreaming of Shrek playing Fortnite and getting the battle pass. But then I woke up to my homework being demolished into pieces and my brain was in agony. A few minutes later my homework ran to the store like Sonic the Hedgehog just to say to a snack named Pringles and I said STOP! You better not waste all my money on SNACKS! But my homework didn’t care and it decided to buy all of the pringles in the universe and I cried up a whole entire lake around me. A few hours go by and I’m still heartbroken because I’m broke. But then I realized… It was another dream! All that lake tears was actually my drool and My bed so wet it was like I went in a pool. I was just too lazy to even stand up to get my book.
