We made Party hats for Duffys Birthday.We looked online for different party hat designs. We where first told to use a sheet of paper to plan our design. Then I used two big pieces of paper and glued them together. I then folded them and started measure if it fitted on my head and started to draw designs on it. then we cut the paper like if your making a crown you would cut in pieces off. You also want to put light colours on your party hats. Then when you finished you could like to choice to put giliter on your party hats or put no gilter on your party hat.
