SLJ : Caviar of the pasific – Activity 10

For this SLJ Activity I had to create a menu with at least 2 dishes one of them had to be palol0. Palolo are worms that are sometimes eaten raw or fried with some onions and butter, a fact I learnt was that they only apprear once or twice a year .

In My menu I have put in  Palolo which is Creamy fresh Palolo from the ocean seasoned with sea salt. The second dish I put in my menu was Samoan Oka, Samoan Oka is Raw fish that is smothered in sea salt and is combined with cucumbers, Tomatos, and Topped of with some Coconut cream.

I enjoyed this SLJ activity because I got to create my own Pasific dish menu.
