MY Science forensics blog Post

Hello everyone. Today I’m doing My Sciense forensics blog we are toking about DNA.

Science forensics blog post

  • What is forensics

The application of science in a legal setting is forensics scienceForensic science can be defined as the application of scientific methods to criminal cases. In particular, forensic science deals with the analysis of evidence in criminal cases.

  • Who was the first forensic scientist?

The first forensics Archimedes. One legend says that a King had ordered a special gold crown from a local goldsmith but suspected that it might not be pure gold.

  • Who was the first person to be  convicted due to fingerprints?

The Chinese were the first culture known to have used friction ridge impressions as a means of identification. The earliest example comes from a Chinese document en- titled “The Volume of Crime Scene Investigation—Burglary”, from the Qin Dynasty (221 to 206 B.C.).

  • What is DNA

and how is it used to “catch” people – or prove their innocence?

DNA is a molecule that contains the genetic code that is unique to every individual .Think of this code as an instruction manual for making all the proteins that form our bodies and help them thrive.

DNA profiling is a forensic technique in criminal investigations, comparing criminal suspects’ profiles to DNA evidence. so as to assess the likelihood of their involvement in the crime.

  • How does dirt help a forensic scientist?

Get some Soil samples collected from crime scenes or on suspects can be compared to samples from other locations to identify similarities or differences.

soil can be unique to specific regions, allowing forensic scientists to link suspects or objects to specific locations.

  • How do insects help a forensic scientist?

An Insect evidence may also show that the body has been moved to a second site after death, or that the body has been disturbed at some time, either by animals, or by the killer returning to the scene of the crime. However, the primary purpose of forensic entomology today is to determine elapsed time since death.

  • How much do forensic in scientists get paid (in New Zealand)?

The average salary for a Forensic Scientist is NZ$59,855 per year in New Zealand.

  • Are the TV programmes (CSI, NCIS etc…) about forensic scientists accurate?

On TV shows  not only is there DNA evidence found at the scene, but technicians have the technology and training to analyze it properly. Unfortunately, this isn’t the case in real life. And as we’ve discussed above, evidence used in trials can be far from perfect.

  • Why do you think it would be the interesting to be a forensic scientist???

These cases can range from homicides to high-tech cybercrimes.

a forensic scientist, you’ll have the opportunity to work on cases that challenge your skills and expertise, and have real-world implications.

today we deed a disolbing a salt by cold water and hot water by doing that you will pot a salt and mix it so the salt can desolve and watching the salt so how many minute or second it will desolve

and a hot water more faster will desolve by salt by 4m040second

and a cold stim will be 1m 9s

and a cold water will desolve slow it will take 4m

Salt dissolves faster in hot water than in cold water because the increased kinetic energy of the water molecules at higher temperatures leads to more frequent and forceful collisions with the salt ions, facilitating the breaking of ionic bonds and the dissolving process.

and a hot stim will take 18s

and an salt will be faster dissolve to a hot water because if its more hotter it will dissolve faster not like a cold water

this all I have work byee
