page 6      Then,Matthew and Henry heard a light pattering noise on the roof of the tent. They looked at each other in surprise. Bear opened one eye and lifted his head. “It sounds like rain,” said Matthew. “It can’t be,” said Henry, peering out of the. “Look, the sun’s shining!” But thee noise got louder and one side of the tent bulged inwards. “I know what it is,” said matthew. “I know what it is,” said Matthew. “Ill bet it’s those kids from next door. They’re spraying our tent with water!”

page 7        “Your right,” said Henry. “if we don’t take any notice of them, they’ll probably go away.”

All of a sudden, the tent fell on top of them. While the boys struggled to get out, they could hear the boy and girl form next door laughing as they ran away.

page 9       “Woof! Woof! Woof!” barked Bear, who was now out of the tent. The girl ran towards  the fence.Suddenly, she tripped over and clutched her ankle. The boy stopped half over the fence and looked back. He didn’t know whether to keep going or to come back and help his sister.
