What a fun week we had in Room 10!
We learned some awesome digital skills while creating pictures with our favourite famous people.
Firstly, every learner initialed their work and saved their projects to their cybersmart folders. This is a great habit for keeping our digital work organised and safe!
Then came the really cool part! We used a website called remove.bg. We found a photo of a famous person and one of ourselves. This amazing tool helped us magically remove the backgrounds from both pictures.
After that, we got to be super creative. We added new backgrounds to make it look like we were hanging out with our famous friends in cool places—from a concert stage to the red carpet!
Finally, we took a screenshot of our new photos and uploaded them to our class blog. Everyone’s pictures turned out so well! It was a great way to show off our new skills and creativity.
A few learners who finished early even got to practice another important skill: commenting on their classmates’ blogs. It’s so nice to see everyone supporting each other and celebrating their awesome work.
