| 1. Looking back over what we have achieved over the last five years, I am proud of/I was surprised by/I thought/my key takeaway is… that there has been a significant amount of forward movement on this even though it may not feel like it as it has happened over 5 years
2. I think as a college, our next big challenge will be… how focussing on individual students interest and abilities combined with a Maori / local focus , will fit in with the new government initiatives and changes 3. Personally, one area I want to continue to develop is… Maori contexts within all/most lessons and topics |
