For the last 2 terms, each class has been working on a production to perform on the 15th and 16th of October. In my class we have been learning about Diwali, which is like the Indian new year.
In our production, we start with a Colourful dance, then a Black and White dance, after there is a protest group, then the Diya’s. I am in the protest group and I made a sign that said ‘STOP THE TOUR!’ I painted the words on a brown piece of paper and then stuck it on a white board thingy.
Tonight I am going to be performing at the production, and I am excited to see the other classes performances. I think I showed resilience because I mucked the sign up a couple times but I just kept trying and it ended up working out.
