This week on Friday,
We did whole school prayers for this Manuka and Totara got buddied with Kowhai and Kowhai iti.
We prayed a decade of the Rosary this was the sorrowful mysteries.
These are the Sorrowful mysteries,
- The Agony in the garden – Jesus praying in the garden of Gethsemane before his arrest.
- The scourging at the pillar – Jesus being whipped and beaten.
- The crowning with the thorns – Jesus being crowned with thorns by Roman soldiers.
- The carrying of the cross – Jesus carrying his cross on the way to his crucifixion.
- The crucifixion – Jesus being crucified and dying on the cross.
