For today’s adventure 
, we are investigating the world of maths 
. We have a new topic that we haven’t covered this year, which is decimals!! 
The first slide shows how to add and subtract decimals for people in case they don’t have a good memory and forget 
. We had to learn to round the numbers up to make adding or subtracting easier to solve 
, we were also given some word problems 
.
What I enjoyed from this task 
was that it was quite easy for me because I already knew what to do 
but to refresh my memory I looked at the first slide to check that I’m doing it right 
. I found this activity quite fun because I love working with numbers 
and this was quite fun to do 
.
I hope you learnt a lot from this activity I shared with you 
and had fun with learning about decimals as much as I did
