HERE IS CREATE TASK TWO 🡇
Hi animals
My name is Roz. People still think that I’m the monster of the forest but I made a mistake and I have made myself better. And I’m thinking that I could help you build back your habitats, even though I am a robot. You may not realise that I’m a robot, not a monster.
Robots don’t display feelings because they are just built like that. And also because they are built with metal which metal doesn’t get your feelings. And so that’s why I don’t feel anything when you are mean to me because I wouldn’t feel it.
From the robot Roz
QUESTION TIME!! 🡇 CREATE TASK THREE
QUESTION ONE!
Brightbill becomes a better flier and teaches his tricks to other goslings. What does this tell us about the character of Brightbill, and what message is the author sending about learning and sharing?
ANSWER:
He is sharing that even though brightbill is still learning, it doesn’t mean that he has never going to achieve his dreams.
QUESTION TWO!
How did you feel when the other goslings called Roz a “monster”? Why do you think words like that can hurt someone’s feelings?
ANSWER:
She doesn’t feel hurt because as a robot she won’t feel the hurtfulness but the animals are not showing Whanaungatanga.
QUESTION THREE!
What do you think the author, Peter Brown, is trying to teach us about being different? How do the characters of Roz and Brightbill help him tell this message?

Because Roz and brightbill are very different people and they help write the book to tell that they are two very different people.
