This week, my reading group and I have been reading Land of the Lizards.
Between skinks and geckos, skinks have hard and shiny scales, and geckos have soft scales.
Skinks can blink, but most geckos instead they use their long tongues to lick their eyelids.
Skinks have narrow heads and bodies.
They usually move faster than the geckos.
Our follow-up activity was to create a habitat for a Mokomoko in Minecraft Education. I worked with Kaharau.
