On one sunny day I woke up to the sunlight seeping through the curtains. I knew it was time to get ready for my trip. My mum will get into the same bus as my class while my dad will just follow from his car. As soon as we got there, our teachers told us to change into our swimsuits and strap on our gears. Then we got into our groups and went onto the first activity, which was the raft. It taught us how to cooperate with other people to keep our boat from flipping. We then had to choose our own teams for the second activity, which is basically like how to cross a flowing river. As soon as I touched the water with my feet, I felt a shiver run through my spine because of how cold it was. The water flowed elegantly through our legs as we barely kept balance. A little bit of the water got into my mouth as it was splashing around and it tasted like pounds of salt rushing through my mouth. After a bit of a struggle of trying to keep balance, we finally made it through the running water. We took deep breaths and I sighed in relief. I took the chance to get thrown into the water since I thought it was fun, little did I know I would hit my toe and panic but luckily I made it to the end. As I shiver back to the mat, I smell the sweet aroma of my cake and the savoury smell of my food. Though a gust of wind ran past me and made me shiver so much that I wanted to go to a hot tub. I tossed a piece of gum in my mouth and helped pack up the mat. The end.
