HPAD Reflection 1

These lessons were used as a baseline fitness test.

The results from this test were not what I was expecting. I did far below what I expected of myself, especially in the 20m sprint and the Illinois Agility Test. I showed quite a low amount of explosive power in my legs, meaning that my sprints and vertical jump were not as good as I would have liked. I believe I can increase this by focusing mainly on my legs, as well as technique. The main muscle groups to focus on would by the calves and quads.

I was surprised by my planque hold, as I expected less than what I ended up getting.

Overall I am not super pleased with my results and I hope I can end up doing better later in the year.
