Room 20 so far

Room 20 has had a great start to 2026. We have got settled in to our class and have started working hard. In reading we have gotten into our groups and started reading journals, as well as our class novel “How to get fabulously rich.” In Maths we have been learning about place value and numbers up to ten-thousand! We have had some P.E and Art rotations in the Maunga team where we get to learn with different teachers in different classes, exciting! For our inquiry topic, Weymouth Orators as Historians, we have been designing koru that represent our whanau. It is with our whanau that we start off our journey. Of course, to continue our journey we must paddle out in to the unknown, which is what we need our class waka for! We are all looking forward to the rest of the term.
