Last term we completed our visual pepeha from our Ko Wai Au unit. We focused on learning the school pepeha, then in our Visual art pepeha we drew the maunga, awa, waka, marae and iwi. The tamariki worked hard to complete their art work and Whaea Paula helped a few with theirs.
Last week we completed some Candy Shoe Art after reading a book called Mrs Grindys shoes. Mrs Grindy wanted new shoes, but after trying on lots of shoes she decided she liked her old shoes best!
