Last week (Years 5 and 6), all went to Living Springs Camp. We had to climb up a hill. The hike was beautiful. I could hear the birds chirping! It sounded so majestic and calming. We walked in our activity groups for the first half. Then, in the second half, we just walked in a single file line. When we got there, we were chilling and waiting for everyone to climb up the hill. After everyone climbed up, we carried our bags to our bunks. Then, when we got to our bunks, we made our bunk beds. In my bunk room were Margaret, Tilly, Ayla, and Ida. We had coconut chicken with garlic naan bread for dinner. On the second day, for breakfast, there was cereal and toast. We did four activities: Breakout boxing, Bouldering, Mountain Boarding, and archery tag. My favourite was the Archery tag, because we did boys vs girls. In the last couple of seconds, I got a point so then the girls won! Then for dinner we had Burgers with chips, it was so yum! On the ride back to school, I was sitting next to Margaret on the bus. The nature was so pretty!
