Beast run goal setting

My beast run goal are to become more fit enhancing my endurenc keeping a good pace so i dont get puffed out real quick. The beast run training we are doing i should be using about 70% to 80% trying learn to keep a good pace and getting my endurence up. This trainging will help me on the rugby field having better stamina being able to run the whole game and not puff out in the first couple of minutes.
