“Ahhhhhhhhhhhh! Go, go, go faster! It’s catching us!!!”
It was a lovely day, and I was going to go out boating and fishing. Some of my friends came along; their names were James, John, and Steve. We got ready and hopped on the boat.
Swish! I turned around expecting to see a fish, but instead, in the distance, I saw something big heading straight towards us. I called to my friends.
“Umm, James, John, Steve… what’s that?” I said with an uneasy voice.
They all yelled, “SHARK!!”
“Ahhhhhhhhhhhh! Go, go, go faster! It’s catching us!!!”
Suddenly, the boat engine spluttered to a halt.
“WHY AREN’T WE MOVING?!” shouted John.
“THE ENGINE WON’T WORK!!” screamed James.
As the beast got closer, it became a lot bigger. We all knew it was a Megalodon. We all just stared for a moment before realizing that it could kill us with one bite.
Somehow, when I kicked the boat motor for the seventh time, it actually started! James put the motor on overdrive mode, and we went flying. Just as we thought we had gotten away, John said, “I think I lost the fishing rods.”
“How could you even lose the fishing rods?” James and I asked.
“I was just fishing, and then I dropped the rods!” exclaimed John.
So now, we had to go back towards the Megalodon to hopefully get our fishing rods back. We saw our rods… but we also saw the Megalodon.
