kia ora this week we have been learning about plant life circle in our reading groups.We describe the different stages. First a plant starts in a seed and then is planted in the soil. Then a little hole that’s were the roots come out of then stuck up the water. Then it is a seedling then a adult plant then the plant go’s slowly dead. Then the worms come and eat the dead plants so all the nutrients go into the soil. So the new plant can get the food its need.My favourite parts was making the grass heads and I made a Hedgehog. First we put the grass seeds at the bottom of the old sock then the soil then we shape it I shaped mine to a hedgehog named Berry. have you made a plant? bye bye.
