Reading create tasks WK5 T2

The bold colored words are the sentence starters, we need to use the sentence starters at least once to get a voucher if we ever get pulled out of the name of wheels thingy The WALT for this week is… When you read a book, the author doesn’t always tell you everything directly. Instead they leave clues! Drawing conclusions mean gathering clues, mixing them with what you already know, and making a smart guess about the whole story.

Create task 1: Design your own rocket

22/5/2026

Hey guys. Welcome or welcome back to my blog! So yesterday I couldn’t blog but I designed my own rocket with a poster! It’s called ‘The duo’ and that’s because there are two rockets, one small one big and I even showed the comparison between the rocket and a house, it’s kinda TOO big but anyways, I like to rate create tasks after I finish so… here is my ratings and reason! This is my… work! I created it using… google drawing!

Rating: 4/10

Reason: Some thing I found challenging was.. choosing what feature/power my rocket should have, although it was really fun choosing the design!

Create task 2: My designed rocket with a good power

22/5/2026

Hey guys! For this create task I had to make a rocket that has a useful power and mine is pretty useful.. we had to create a catchy slogan, mine picks up rubbish with it’s long vines and I like it. I had to use AI because there was no images I wanted, AI was getting it wrong so I just changed to this.

As I said in the other create task, I like to rate things before doing the link, but this create task has like NO words so I need to write some more about my create task. I could choose a platform, we had 2 options and they were both good! It was “Adobe express” or “canva,” at first I was gonna do Adobe express but I couldn’t find how to do it, so I created it using…  Canva. This is my… work!

Rate: 9/10

Reason: This create task is quick and easy, I don’t enjoy using AI but I liked this create task so.. ANYWAYS. Here is the link
