Hello bloggers! Welcome back to Somya’s blog! Today I have been doing my reading create task! Today for my reading create task I have been doing the chili 2 create task. This was not difficult though, But I enjoyed it. I have been in reading. For this create task you had had to get the proper text printed out, and then highlight as many words and whichever words you wanted from any page of the text. Once you had done that you have had to record yourself reading the text out loud with good fluency and then when every you came to one of the words or whenever you cam to one of the words you have had to slow down take a break and then keep going. If you didn’t notice by this explanation by now the DLO of this create task is a Google vid. I have used the square portrait you can use, and recorded my self reading with greater fluency according to me. One thing I notice about myself is that I usually am really good when you listen to me with fluency but when it comes to answering fluency questions sorry not fluency comprehension questions I struggle abut. Still making mistakes is in human mentality so I have still made some mistakes but what I have made sure to do is stop there and re read that word and correct so I can learn from my mistakes! I have enjoyed doing this create task and would rate it a 10/10! I would love tell and learn more about the other of this text but sadly it is not mentioned. The WALT for this task is “Read at an appropriate pace/ reading rate, with added expression to create interest.” (Not a long WALT) But I have identified this Walt and noticed that all of this week’s create tasks (The 3 create tasks) are related to reading the Page and reading it with fluency! I was thinking to do chili 1 where you take a kind of reading test but then i thought that is to basic which is why i have done chili 2/create task 2!
