Hey Bloggers,
Today for Health we were talking about Peer Pressure. We also answered some questions and did this blog.
Scenario:
A friend has asked you to help with their homework in the library after school. You want to catch up with your sports (or music) practice but, instead, you decide to help your friend. You arrive at the library first. You wait, but you are aware you have only an hour before before you need to be at home to look after your little brother.
1.How do you feel after 5 minutes? 10 minutes? 15 minutes?
I would just think they are running into traffic at 5 minutes, at 10 I will be bored. Finally at 15 minutes I would almost leave but just stay for another minute or 2.
2. How do you feel when, finally after 20 minutes, your friend arrives?
I would be furious. In the end I would tell them I will help with their homework for 10 minutes then leave.
Discuss as a class some ideas and write your thoughts on a Blog

I would feel enraged.
What would you say to your friend?
I would confront them. Why did they want me here so early? Where were they?
How is your friend likely to feel?
They would probably explain why they were late. They might be mad because I was furious at them.
How is this likely to affect your relationship?
This will affect our friendship, because she lied and in the future I will come when I can.
What would a passive, aggressive, passive-aggressive and assertive response be?
Passive – aggressive because they took so long.
Bye!
