Curiosity: How Glass I Made

Yesterday we had fun in class learning about how glass is made. First, we watched a video on how glass is made. I learnt that glass is made from silica sand, which is  melted to 3000 degrees Fahrernheit. It was interesting that to learn that this temperature is hotter then the planet Venus. We learnt that glass is very useful. We did an experiment to see how glass is made but instead of glass we made toffy.
