Kia Ora Readers,
Today in reading we were reading a book called Square Eyes. The story started with a mother and a son who was one of 20 kids who were chosen to try a new gadget called had Square Eyes. The boy was 11 and his name was Siali when he was wear the Square Eyes he could see the world his way but he forgot about his friends. At the end he returns the visor so he can be with his friends.
We are learning about prefixes, our focus this week was post and Ex. I am enjoying this as it helps me understand words. Did you know post means later or after? Prefixes are part of a word so they make a word longer.
