in class we have been learning about the folk tale about the empty pot.
my task was to draw the setting of lings beautiful garden and the emperors courtyard
I used my book, a template and my pencil to do this.
I am happy with my work because I like how it looks (I’m not that good at drawing please don’t hate).
I walked to the library and walked to the magic section. A book was drawing my attention so I picked the book up and realised the cover was blank and I opened it.
So I started to read the pages and I realised the words started to glow as I read them. I looked around me and the pages were out of the book. I looked up and there was a green glow over me and the pages. Then I heard my name being called and then everything disappeared. I thought it was my imagination. I looked around no one called my name so I started reading again and the same stuff happened. I heard my name again and everything disappeared.
Hello bloggers today I did my inquiry and I did the history timeline with George. fun thing about this is finding ideas and the hard thing about this is there’s a lot to fill in and I learned how history was in the past. that’s all bye.

One day I was at the library trying to find a Harry Potter book, then I walked past a book and for some reason it had a magical glow! So I picked up the book and opened it. Suddenly I wasn’t at the library, I was in a village. I thought I must be dreaming so I pinched myself owwwwwwwww ok I’m not dreaming. So I got up then I saw a wand shop. I thought this must be a magic land so I got a wand that had a really pretty flower patterns and squiggly lines and saw a school next door. I went to school and they gave me a warm welcome and made confetti come out of their wands.Then suddenly everybody started screaming, I looked over and saw a evil wizard so I said I will protect you. I fought the evil wizard then he lost and turned to dust. Then I became head girl at school and stayed on Digon alley forever!

Hello readers today I had made this poster in math what I liked about doing this was doing work and what was hard for me was figuring out the math using long multiplication comment how good are you at the long multiplication!
The Tawhirimatea story tells how there was no space between Rangi and Papa.
This means that there is no space between the earth and sky.
First the children were stuck in between them.
They were cramped and they hated it.
They fought over space and they decided to push their parents apart. So they could be free. But Tawhirimatea didn’t agree.
He got mad and blew extreme winds into the forest. Tanemahuta’s daughter Hine pu te hue the goddess of gords sucked in the winds
and gently blew them out
One day there were two witches named Molly and Holly. They were twins and they decided to go to the library for a spell book. They saw a sparkly glittery book so Molly opened it and suddenly she was in the book. Holly walked up to the book and it said Molly on the cover. Suddenly she was in the book too. They were in a place with unicorns and elves and fairys. A fairy came up to them and said ”hello are you lost”? Molly said “yes we are very lost can you help us”? Fairy said ”I can help you just follow me”. So Molly and Holly followed the fairy .
The fairy said “I’m Buttercup, what are you guys names”? Molly said ”I’m Molly” Holly said “I’m Holly”. “We’re witches,” said Holly. The fairy turned around “you cant be here” she whispered “why not” said Holly?
“No time to explain, get in my house” said the fairy. They all run into the fairy’s house.
“I’ll explain” said fairy. Molly and Holly sit down to listen “the unicorn army is not letting witches in” said fairy “why” said Holly “because when the first witches came they started causing chaos” said fairy. Fairy grabbed a key out of her pocket and ran to her bedroom and opened a volt “hide in here” said fairy. So the girls hide in the volt.

Harry potter walked in to a mysterious forest with shiny rainbow forest trees / and plans and plants Harry potter heard a scary scary noise then harry ran back to Hogwarts then Ron Harry s friend was looking for harry then Ron heard a scream “ Ron said whats that” then harry ran out of the
Magical forest “ ron said what our you doing harry” “ I was just in the library then I got sucked in to a book then I got teleported to that scary forest” “that s not scary yes it is i heard a scary noise that was just me looking for you. I was so scared whey did you leave you now that you can only leave with a friend ya only before 7 am i leafed at 7.01 said harry potter.
Today I went to the library and I found an interesting book. I opened it and started
to read it as soon as i said magical wizardry magical wizardry come out come out.
The lights went out and then two magical wizards came out of the book. It was only me in the library. My heart was racing. Were they nice? or read to eat me? They started to put a spell on me. Was I going to turn into a frog?… yap I turn into a frog. I just met the mean wizardry. The nice wizardry turned me back into a human. They only did that to…Ahhhh they cornered me. They look like They were from a scary move T was trying to figure out what was going on.

This term, Room 3 has started swimming lessons again. The Year 2 children were excited to return to the pool after learning swimming skills last year.
During our lessons, we are building on the skills we learned before. We are practising how to move safely in the water, float, kick, glide, and improve our confidence. We are also learning how to listen carefully to our swimming instructors and follow pool safety rules.
Swimming is an important life skill that helps us stay safe around water while also keeping us active and healthy. We are looking
forward to seeing everyone’s confidence and skills grow over the coming weeks.
‘Hi I am Islay,I am in year five class five’Today we went to the library.The second I got in the school library.I saw a mystical nook that was glowing gold .I picked it up. Before I could even read the title I appeared at the Dursleys house suddenly there was a note with my name on it. I rush inside and say that I have a letter. MR and MRS Dursley rush over,and Mr Dursley snatches the letter out of my hand ‘ ‘oh no’’what is it I say’’get out’said Mr Dursley.ok I said. In the time of one second I get almost one hundred letters in the Dursley living room.MR Dursley says that we are going on holiday. Chapter two to be continued.
