The Honest Goose
One warm day a mother of five geese were walking past a waterfall as deep as a well, when the mother goose and baby geese walked past the waterfall one of the baby Ross fell and slid down like butter, the mother goose saw that and tried to help but it was too late. The mother goose cried and cried till Mercy came jumping out of the water and asked,’’ Why are you sad?’’ The goose replied,’’One of my Ross fell down the steep waterfall.’’ Mercy dove and searched. A while later the mother goose was waiting till Mercy came up,’’Is this yours?’’ Holding a golden goose, ‘’ No that’s not mine’’ Mercy was so surprised by the mother’s honesty and dived in one more time, Mercy came back up again and asked twice,’’Is this yours?’’ The mother said,, ‘’ No’’ Once again, Mercy came out of the water with a scared baby Ross ‘’ is this yours?’’ The mother roos jumped and flapped, ‘’ Yes! Thats mine thank you so much’’ Mercy said back since you were so honest you can keep the golden goose. After the sebastopol mother goose heard and got jealous, they went to the waterfall and pretended that one of her babies had fallen, she shredded fake tears till Mercy came out,’’What happen?’’ Said Mercy, The Sebastopol told the fake story to Mercy, Mercy noticed how dishonest she was and, brought nothing ‘’You deserve nothing but shame from me’’ and went back in, till then the Sebastopol goose realised how greedy it was and flapped home.
